NITROGEN ANALYSIS IN DUPLEX
Elementar's innovative CONLYTE technology
significantly improves analytical performance for
nitrogen in duplex. In addition, the long-term
stability for the measurement of phosphorus,
sulfur and boron is increased.
In contrast to conventional systems, ferro.lyte
uses an extended wavelength range for the
determination of the nitrogen content that was
previously only reached by laboratory instruments.
The extension of the spectral line range is achieved
by the unique CONLYTE technology developed by
Elementar (patent pending). Thanks to the CONLYTE
technology, the air gap between the light channel
and the plasma, which is common in mobile
spectrometers, is completely sealed from the
atmosphere. Atmospheric changes therefore cannot
influence the measurement signal - a prerequisite
for permanently reliable analysis results.
IDEAL SOLUTION FOR
A laminar argon flow (gas lens principle) around
the electrode protects the plasma from atmo-
spheric ingress. Samples with concave or convex
surfaces can be safely analyzed. For more complex
geometries, small parts, wires, etc. additional
adapters are available.

It ofiers the most ffexible, precise and cost-efiective analysis
method for determining the elemental composition of metals
and their alloys. The advanced and unique design is optimized
for customers who expect fast and precise analysis of chemical
elements in laboratory quality, even in environments that are
di?cult to access.
Flexible multi-matrix system
Within a few seconds, ferro.lyte precisely determines the
elemental composition of a wide variety of metals - even
of alloying elements with a low atomic number, which are
not detectable or only partially detectable for conventional
handheld devices. Fe alloys as well as the elements Li, Be, B,
C, Mg, Al, Si, P, S, Ca and N in duplex steel are determined
quickly and reliably.

The intuitive design of the ferro.lyte user interface lyticOS
allows quick navigation through device settings and
workows. Thanks to the Optical Bonding technology, the
clear and bright touch screen can be read at any time, even
in dicult lighting conditions. The comprehensive,
pre-installed alloy library for fast alloy identication can be
easily updated directly within the software and extended
by country-specic standards. Data export via USB and
data transfer to the powerful lyticOS cloud simplify further
processing of the measuring results and enable unsurpassed
reporting at all times.

thus always delivers reproducible and reliable results.
Our Service Team performs the analytical verification of
the calibration with recognized reference materials for
you. After passing the test, you will receive a certificate
attesting the correct calibration as auditable proof.
